Nashville Airsoft Return Policy:

- Eligibility for Returns:
- Only unopened and unused items in their original packaging will be eligible for return.
- Returns must be initiated within 5 days of the delivery date.
- Non-Returnable Items:
- All opened or used items.
- Ammunition, BBs, and gas canisters.
- Batteries and chargers.
- Protective gear and apparel (e.g., masks, vests, gloves).
- Sale or clearance items.
- Return Procedure:

- A return authorization number will be provided, and it must be included in the return shipment.
- Shipping Costs:
- The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the return.
- Inspection and Refund Process:

- If the return is approved, a refund will be issued for the purchase price of the item(s), excluding shipping costs and restocking fees, if applicable.
